Renee joined the Realtec Team in 2005, when she became a licensed Broker Assistant for Bernie Blach. Her commercial real estate experience began in Banking with emphasis in New Accounts, Business Development and Commercial Loan Underwriting.

Renee also has several years experience with Commercial Property Management. This background and knowledge helped her gain insight into the Commercial Brokerage environment which she found highly intriguing. Renee then started working for Coldwell Banker Commercial in Southern California and worked there for five years specializing in industrial, office and retail sales and leasing.

Renee later moved back to her home state of Colorado and began mentoring under the successful leadership of Bernie Blach. In 2008, she began brokering on her own.
