Kate Struzenberg has lived in the Northern Colorado area for over 25 years. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Communications Degree with an emphasis in Business.

Kate brings a "hands-on" approach with 12 years of experience in real estate investing. She has personally been involved with residential income properties, multi-units, medical office buildings, land and 1031 exchanges. It includes the knowledge of financing and managing these properties.
With her family having over 50 years of agri-business experience, her focus will be on land, ranch and farm. Kate has a genuine interest in the growth of the Northern Colorado area communities.
