Aki graduated from Colorado State University in 2001 with a degree from the Business College in Finance and Real Estate. In addition to his studies, Aki was also the starting point guard for the Rams basketball team for 2 years. Upon graduation, Aki began his commercial real estate career  in Denver with CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate company, where he worked full-time for 2 years.  Aki later joined Legend Retail Group where he worked for 1 1/2 years focused primarily on retail brokerage. 

Aki specializes in retail, land, and office sales/leasing. He has worked on a number of notable projects including the leasing and sale of Towne Centre at Brookhill, a 500,0000 square foot retail center in Westminster, CO.  He was also the exclusive broker for a 180 acre land acquisition in north Denver and has brokered several smaller land acquisitions, leases, and investment properties throughout Northern Colorado. Throughout his career, Aki has accounted for 3.0 million square feet of leased square feet as well as 7.0 million square feet of land sold, a total transaction volume in excess of $90,000,000.

In addition to his experience, Aki brings several prominent projects in to Realtec including: First Community Bank Plaza in Fort Collins, Palmer Gardens Shopping Center in Loveland, Villaggio Shops on Harmony, Thunderbird Plaza, the Historic Avery Building in downtown Fort Collins, and several tenant representations in Northern Colorado.
