Born and raised in the metro-Detroit area, Eric graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelors degree in Business Administration. He was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Airforce with assignments in Sacramento, CA and Athens Greece. In 1989, Eric moved to Northern Colorado and began his career in Real Estate. Over the years, he has participated in the design and development of over 20 new neighborhoods and apartment to condominium conversions.
Eric is recognized as an industry leader in Mixed-Use, TOD, Infill redevelopment and has worked on several projects in Downtown Fort Collins. A true understanding of market demands and economics allows Eric to identify, and to serve, the needs of his clients.
