Keith graduated from Penn State University in Happy Valley, Pennsylvania in 2005 with a degree in Business Management and Marketing.

Shortly after graduation, Keith moved to Denver and began working for Cbeyond as a sales representative. After a year and a half, he was promoted to Team Lead where his responsibilities included the training and leadership of new recruits and was recognized as "The Number One Team Lead" three months in a row.

Looking for new challenges, Keith partnered with CM Commercial Real Estate, one of his long time Cbeyond clients. After receiving his real estate license in 2007, Keith began working with CM Commercial, which has since partnered with Realtec to become the new Realtec Denver office.
