Jim graduated from the University of Denver's Daniel's College of Business with a degree in Real Estate and Construction Management and a minor in Legal Studies. Jim achieved academic honors in the Real Estate program and has worked in the real estate industry for the past 8 years.
Jim began his career with a Northern Colorado based real estate development firm focused on retail, office, and mixed-use product types. His responsibilities included: assessing economic feasibility of potential commercial real estate projects, coordinating subsequent and public approvals, negotiating leases and asset acquisitions/dispositions. Jim has also been involved in land acquisitions, leasing, and municipal entitlements throughout Northern Colorado and has worked on a number of notable projects - including the repositioning of a 66,000 SF Palmer Gardens Shopping Center in Loveland, CO.
