Fae brings more than 25 years of diverse real estate experience to Realtec-Loveland. Her extensive background in financial analysis, commercial lending and mortgage brokerage have provided the background for Real Estate Brokerage. The time Fae spent managing the liquidation of a $180 million dollar real estate portfolio of two failed savings and loans with real property assets in 7 states fueled her desire to become directly involved in real estate sales and leasing. She joined Realtec-Loveland in 2001 and obtained her real estate license in 2002. Fae is involved in all types of real estate sales and leasing including industrial, retail and office.
Fae holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration from the University of Wyoming with minors in sociology and social anthropology. She has completed the Colorado Graduate School of Banking and is currently working on the required coursework to obtain her CCIM designation. Fae is a founding officer/director of Commercial Real Estate Women of Northern Colorado and serves on the board of EWGA.
Fae has lived and worked in all three communities where Realtec has offices and believes this has provided her with a unique perspective as the lines which previously distinguished each market have become blurred and the markets have merged. Fae’s market knowledge and financial background make her uniquely qualified to help clients with their real estate needs.
