Nate graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University in 2004 with a degree in Finance & Real Estate where he enjoyed being an active member of the university and held designations such as President of the Finance Club and Senior Analyst for the Summit Student Investment Fund.
Upon graduation he worked for the nation’s largest owner and operator of manufactured housing communities as an Acquisitions Analyst, allowing him to gain depth in his knowledge of market research, investment evaluation and general real estate practices. Later he moved on to become the Business Manager of Home Acquisitions & Inventory Management. In this role, Nate was critical in the acquisition of ~$75 million in homes and the management of ~$175 million in inventory. Because of his past education and experiences he understands the dynamic and fast paced environment of commercial real estate today and is ready to take on any type of commercial project in Northern Colorado.
Nate and his wife, Lindsey, who are both originally from Loveland, enjoy spending time with their families, backpacking and attending Crossroads Church.
