Rick Callan brings diversity to Realtec with over twenty-one years of business operations and administrative experience.
A third generation Denverite, Rick first moved to Fort Collins in 1976 to attend Colorado State University as an undergraduate, and returned in 1995 after 10 years in Denver where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree through CSU's Denver-based Executive MBA program while working full-time at Martin Marietta Aerospace, now known as Lockheed Martin Astronautics.
Since returning to Fort Collins, Rick has worked in business administration, finance, management and accounting in various fields before joining the Everitt Commercial Partners in 2002 as a commercial broker.
"I feel that I can add value to almost any business or real estate deal with my broad-based experience and knowledge from restaurant and bar...to aerospace and high-tech computing...to construction and development...to retail and wholesale. Being on both sides of the table and wearing many hats, I know the true meaning of a win-win-win solution that benefits all parties involved."
Rick has been involved with several real estate deals in Northern Colorado including the condoization of the Solar Office Plaza, the sale lease-back of the Veeco Ion Tech building, relocating the local Army Reserve unit, and the sale of the former Alpine Fun Center property to Adams Bank & Trust for redevelopment. Rick was also the lead broker on the Harmony One and Bank of Colorado Plaza Class A+ office building projects.
