Erik has been a Colorado resident since 1990 and completed his B.A. from Colorado State University with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. He began his real estate career with Wheeler Commercial in 2006 and stayed on board after Wheeler was acquired by Marcus & Millichap.
Erik joined the Realtec team in January 2009 with over three years of investment real estate experience, specializing in the brokerage of multi-family residential properties in Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming.
Erik and his partner, Brian Mannlein, have been the top performing apartment brokers in Northern Colorado for the past two years. Erik is committed to providing the services needed to fulfill all of his clients' requirements and is dedicated to providing apartment owners the highest quality advisory and brokerage services possible.
