Nick graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and developed an interest in commercial brokerage. Nick became licensed in 2003 and was hired as a broker associate with Renaissance Companies prior to signing on with Realtec Greeley. At Realtec, Nick is looking ahead,

Since joining Realtec Nick has been involved in many facets of commercial brokerage sales and leasing, which include retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and investment properties. While developing an office market focus within the Greeley office, he is also the exclusive leasing agent on the Centennial Common’s retail center and other industrial and land properties.
Nick is currently undergoing training to receive his CCIM accreditation for commercial brokerage.
Apart from his duties at Realtec, Nick is the General Manager of a small storage unit complex in Kersey, CO. He is also an active member in his Rotary club and a committee member of the Long’s Peak Council for the Boy Scouts of America. Since 2004 Nick has served as President of the Greeley Commercial Realtors Group.
